Home & Health Care Services
provides individualized, compassionate in-home
(at home) health care services to seniors, the frail,
elderly, ill and disabled residents of Steuben, Livingston, Allegany,
Yates and Schuyler Counties.
Townships serviced include but are not limited
to:
Hornell, Hartsville, Howard, Canisteo, Jasper, Troupsburg, Fremont,
Addison, Avoca, Dansville, Springwater, Wayland, Cohocton, Prattsburg, ,
Pulteney, Keuka Lake, Wheeler, Urbana, Bath, Cameron, Rathbone,
Woodhull, Thurston, Campbell, Erwin, Lindley, Corning, Caton, Alfred,
Almond, Burns, Geneseo, Arkport and their surrounding communities.

Home & Health Care Services, Inc. is currently contracted to provide
at home care services for Steuben County Public Health & Nursing Services, Steuben
County Office for the Aging, Steuben County Department of Social Services,
Allegany County Department of Health, Southern Tier Hospice and
Palliative Care, Gentiva Health Services, Livingston County Department
of Health, Livingston County Hospice, Livingston County Office for Aging
and Veterans Affairs.
Home & Health Care Services is a not-for-profit licensed Home Care
agency. We are here to assist you in maintaining your independence,
while remaining in the comfort of your own home.
Our in home health care services are available to any individual whose
health care needs can be safely and adequately met in their place of
residence.
All agency staff are required to attend continuing education in their
field of expertise.
