Home care services are provided in your residence to maintain a safe
environment and good health. The agency provides quality care throughout
Steuben, Livingston, Allegany, Yates and Schuyler Counties.
Our home health care
professionals are ready to discuss and answer any questions you may
have. After an initial assessment of your needs we set up a care plan
that best meets your individualized health care needs.

reviewed to determine eligibility.

Care Services, Inc. is committed to providing individualized
comprehensive home care services in a client’s residence when illness or
disability occurs. All staff is supervised by a registered nurse. Home &
Health Care Services, Inc. has been serving our public for over 35 years
with qualified dedicated health care professionals. Our staff is highly
qualified and trained as caregivers who are personally and thoroughly
screened, bonded and insured. We know how important it is to manage
every aspect of your loved ones care from their individual needs to
physician’s recommendations. One hour to twenty-four hour care is
available to meet your home health care needs. Our staff is on call 24
hrs. a day 7 days a week to make certain every client is provided with
excellent service when they need it.

Donations
All donations
will assist us in keeping individuals living independently in their
homes when illness or disabilities occur. Please contact us with any
questions. You can make a general donation or a memorial gift. For
Memorial Gifts please specify who you would like us to mail the
acknowledgement to.
